When I returned to my nursing career after having my first child, I wasn’t prepared for the constant tension I felt between being present with my patients and present with my family.
It seemed like I was constantly:

- Wishing I could be in two places at once.
- Struggling to choose between the two most fulfilling “jobs” I’ve ever had.

I was overwhelmed, uncertain, and just plain frustrated at the thought of having to choose one over the other.
Then I realized there was a third option…
…one that would blend my passions, maximize my time, and allow me to make memories with my kids without sacrificing my meaningful work with new parents.
Becoming a sleep and parent consultant changed my life—and I created the Institute of Pediatric Sleep and Parenting because I believe it can change yours too.
What began with one program (the Sleep Consultant Certification) has quickly grown into an entire platform dedicated to helping people experience the freedom, flexibility, and fulfillment they desire.
