Hello! My name is Akida and I am a Mama to a wild little man who is bulldozing his way through this world! When I was pregnant, one of my fears was not, not sleeping, because sadly I already don't sleep well. However, I was determined my child would be a good sleeper...insert passion for pediatric sleep! Fast forward a year of having him and being an awesome little sleeper, I loved the idea of being able to help other families regain the sleep that they are so worried they will never get back! The approach I will use is gentle and is not Cry It Out! My goal is to look at your families sleep from a holistic approach and instilling your trust that together, with some hard work, we will find solutions that work for you and your family and get your little one sleeping through the night!
