Hi there, I'm Ashley! From the time I was a little girl I always knew I wanted to work with babies in some way or another. I went on to get a degree with early childhood development and have worked in the childcare field for 10+ years with infants. I became a certified pediatric sleep consultant in 2019 and a birth and postpartum doula in 2021. I am passionate about supporting parents through these monumental stages of life where everything is changing. My goal as a sleep consultant is to help you establish healthy sleep habits for your baby in a way that works for your family. Parenthood shouldn't just feel tired all the time!
