Audrey Valade

My name is Audrey, and I support families through potty training, a milestone that can feel big, but with the right preparation, often unfolds gently and naturally.

I'm certified through the Institute of Pediatric Sleep and Parenting (IPSP) in potty training, and I'm also the founder of Sommeil Unique, where I've been a certified sleep consultant since 2023. Sommeil Unique is now a team of 4 consultants supporting families with sleep, and Propreté Unique grew naturally out of that work, extending the same warm, judgment-free approach to another key stage of child development.

My approach is simple: recognize each child's individual signs of readiness, offer clear tools adapted to each family's reality, and move forward without pressure or comparison. Every journey is different, and my role is to walk alongside you, at your own pace.

Please note: all consultations are conducted in French. Based in Quebec, I support families around the world through consultations, guides, and digital tools, all offered in French.
