I am Elena and I am graduate of the Institute of Pediatric Sleep and Parenting. I am a proud mom of a beautiful daughter who completely transformed my perspective of life! She was my inspiration to become a certified sleep consultant and to help other parents navigate the journey to better sleep for their little ones. I have learned that a well-rested family makes all the difference. As a mother, woman, and partner, I want to emphasize that it’s not normal to lack sleep.
