Hi! My name is Erica Mojica and I am a certified pediatric Sleep Consultant and a licensed Occupational Therapist. Before becoming a sleep consultant, I worked with the pediatric population for 8 years, serving clients in early intervention and school settings. After becoming a mom myself in 2024, I witnessed firsthand the effects of sleep struggles with my own baby. This motivated me to learn as much as I could, not only to help my own family, but the parents I worked with as well. My background has helped me focus on looking at the whole child to identify barriers to sleep, as well as providing gentle sleep options that will suit you and your families needs.
