Hello! I’m Fiona. I’m a mother to a beautiful daughter, Certified Elementary Teacher, Early Childhood Educator, and a Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant. Trust me, teaching a classroom of 30 Kindergarteners was so much easier than baby sleep as a first time mom. It was through my journey as a sleep deprived first time parent that I discovered my passion for baby and toddler sleep.
