Hi, I’m Fulden! I’m a specialist child psychologist and certified sleep consultant. I combine science-backed strategies with deep empathy to support families through one of the most challenging - and exhausting - parts of parenting: sleep. My passion for sleep consulting grew from witnessing, time and again, how sleep challenges can have a profound impact - not just on a child’s development and mood, but on the emotional well-being of the entire family. When restful sleep is missing, tension builds, routines fall apart, and even the strongest parents can start feeling lost. If left unaddressed, these struggles often escalates.
