Hi, I’m Hayley - the resource you didn’t realize you needed! I am a certified pediatric sleep consultant, registered nurse, and, just like you, a Mom! I decided to study Infant and Toddler sleep following the birth of my first child, Cooper. I utilized a sleep consultant in the first three months of Cooper's life. With the help of the sleep consultant, Cooper started sleeping 7 hour night stretches at 6 weeks old and now sleeps 12 hours through the night independently at 3 months! I want you to have the same resource I had at an affordable price. Sleep is so important for mom and baby, and I want more women to have the 24/7 support I had.
