Hi, I'm Dr Hiew Pei Hwa, founder of Sleep Dream Grow Paediatric Sleep Consulting. I am a paediatrician in Malaysia and a mother of two who understands first-hand the challenges of raising children who struggle with sleep.

For years, I experienced the physical and emotional exhaustion that comes with disrupted nights. Through my work as a paediatrician, I have met countless families facing the same challenges—parents who are overwhelmed, sleep-deprived, and often unsure where to turn for help. Seeing how profoundly poor sleep affects both children and their families inspired me to become a certified paediatric sleep consultant.

My goal is to combine evidence-based sleep guidance with compassionate, personalised support to help families build healthy sleep habits and regain the rest they deserve. I believe that when children sleep well, the whole family thrives, allowing parents to enjoy the precious moments of childhood with greater confidence and joy.
