As a new mom of a beautiful, 5-month-old, I became passionate in helping other mothers get their sleep back. Over the decades people have become convinced that having a baby means no longer sleeping, but that doesn't have to be the case. Just like we teach our babies to eat, dress themselves, potty train - sometimes they need help learning to sleep. I am excited to help families start sleeping through the night again.
