── About Me
Originally from South Africa, I have worked in health and wellness since 1998 and in private clinics and hospitals since 2009. My journey has taken me from London to Dubai and now Switzerland, where I support families from many cultural backgrounds. Having lived internationally, I understand how vulnerable pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood can feel when far from familiar support. Motherhood shaped the heart of my work. The birth of my two daughters, supported by a doula, showed me the value of feeling held, informed, and deeply cared for. This inspired me to train as a Doula in London and Glastonbury, so I could offer the same support to other women and families. My role is to provide calm, compassionate, and non-judgemental support through pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum period, helping you feel safe, confident, and connected to your own instincts. Alongside doula care, I also offer holistic support in birth preparation, postpartum recovery, nourishment/nutrition, and infant and child sleep guidance. My intention is to create a warm, welcoming space where you feel supported and at home, wherever you come from.
