I am a DONA-certified postpartum doula, offering night support to families beginning at birth through age 4. I provide physical, emotional, and educational support to guide your little one to become an amazing sleeper. My experience with different styles of natal care, allows me to cater a plan specific to your parenting style. Through a mixture of scientific research and intuitive experience, we will navigate swaddling, night feeds, sleep regressions, rolling over, moving to a crib, and more!
