Thao Nguyen – Mamibabi Sleep Training

Hi, I'm Thao Nguyen, a sleep consultant and the co-founder of Mamibabi – a prenatal education, sleep training, and newborn care app founded in Vietnam. My work is rooted in both science and compassion. I believe that every baby is beautifully unique, and that sleep support should be just as individual. That’s why I offer gentle, evidence-based sleep consulting that respects each child’s temperament and developmental needs, while also honoring the parenting style, routines, and values of each family. Over the years, Mamibabi has been honored to be selected for several prestigious programs and awards: Chosen for the Young Business Leaders Initiative (YBLI) 2025 by the Asia New Zealand Foundation, held in New Zealand and Vietnam; represented Vietnam as the sole national nominee at the World Summit Awards (WSA) 2025 in India; selected for the NVIDIA Inception Program for Startups 2025; finalist in the Vietnam Impact-Up Summit 2024, organized by VSV Capital and partners from South Korea; selected for the Google for Startups 2023 program.
