Chelsea has her Bachelors of Art in Psychology from The University of Arizona (Go Wildcats!) and her Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from The University of San Diego. Chelsea also has her certification in sleep consultation from The Institute of Pediatric Sleep and Parenting. She has worked extensively with kiddos, families and couples specifically helping them with parenting skills and/or training. She has worked as a behavior interventionist, parent trainer, therapist providing individual, couple, family and group services and a sleep consultant. Her passions are in healthy sleep habits, consistent routines, and logical & loving discipline. She helps families to create a safe and predictable world for their kiddos while maintaining healthy and safe practices. She works with families to build a strong and supportive foundation to help migrate through all life stages. Most importantly, she helps them to create a happy environment for both parents and kiddos to thrive and enjoy! Building Blocks was created by Chelsea to do just that. She wanted to provide families with loving family solutions.
