I am a momma to my AMAZING little boy and a wife to my INCREDIBLE husband. I hold a bachelors degree in Nursing, with a focus in critical and acute care. My clinical background is in Emergency Nursing. I also hold a certification in Sleep Consulting through Institute of Pediatric Sleep. My Journey with Sleep Consulting began when we had our little one, thinking that I could handle the sleep deprivation. I thought with working as a nurse, pulling long hours, and working through the night, the transition would be seamless…I couldn’t have been MORE wrong! The days were long and the nights even longer. Thankfully I learned early on how to support my little one and teach him the skill of independent sleep. Our family is so much healthier and happier because of it! And I know yours will be too! I am PASSIONATE about helping others find the rest they need and deserve. Sleep is possible for your little one, I just hope I get the opportunity to walk that journey with you.
