Snooze Fest is a sleep consulting service that works with families all over the United States. Its founder, Jayne Havens, is a certified sleep consultant through The Institute of Pediatric Sleep and Parenting. Snooze Fest by Jayne Havens was created to help parents establish better sleep hygiene for their children. Jayne supports her clients through many types of sleep issues. She works with parents who are sleep training their babies, or trying to transition their toddlers from co-sleeping back to their own beds. Jayne offers both her expertise as well a whole lot of support. It is her core mission to help parents in a way that is comfortable for them. There is no one size fits all approach to sleep. Jayne’s goal is to create a plan that will work for both the parent and child. There is nothing better than helping parents achieve better sleep for their families.
