Hi!! I'm Meghan! I live in the Chicagoland area with my family. My husband and I have 3 kids and all in a 4 year span. Sleep is crucial to our well being. After having my second babe I was compelled to become a sleep consultant to help others get the sleep everyone said I was "so lucky" to be getting! Little did they know it was all about hard work and building a strong foundation - it had nothing to do with luck! 2 years later and I've helped families nationwide build that same foundation and find success in my sleep training programs. I truly enjoy working with all ages from newborn to 5 years old. Each age has its own set of challenges and celebrations. I also really enjoy working with families that have unorthodox schedules as I have that same challenge in my home.
