Newborn Sleep Consultant | Postpartum Doula

I am a wellness postpartum doula and Montessori educator. I provide parenting education and support during the pregnancy and the first weeks after childbirth. I am a mother of four children, including a set of twin boys. I am a licensed cosmetologist in the states of MA, TN, and CO. I offer at home services such as facials, haircuts, blowouts. As a certified 200YTT yoga instructor, I offer online and at home relaxing yoga lessons. I enjoy guiding expecting and postpartum moms in gentle Yin and Restorative yoga flows. For the last decade I worked in the childcare space by starting and expanding music and Montessori-based daycare centers in Boston, MA. And currently I offer Montessori professional training to daycare owners, nannies, newborn care specialists, and parents.
