Hi! My name is Nihal. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Child and Youth Care and have six years of experience working with children. I deeply enjoy engaging with kids and aim to support them from various perspectives. I'm currently pursuing a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology to specialize as a children and adolescent psychotherapist. I believe addressing sleep deprivation is crucial for the mental and physical health of children, as it often mimics symptoms of mental disorders. My goal is to reach out and provide support to children and their families in overcoming these challenges.
