As a pediatric RN, pediatric sleep coach, and mom of four, I've been supporting families find successful sleep in one way or the other since 2005. I focus on each individual and the needs of each family vs. a one size fit all approach. Each baby and each family is different, and that should be honored. If there is a natural or holistic approach, you know I will support your choice. I teach parents how to help their children sleep better, partner with businesses to teach parents how to support their children sleep better and connect with communities through group teachings and 1:1 coaching.
