Hello! I'm Nicole Bullard, a mom of 2, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and a Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant. I received my Master's of Science degree in Counseling and Behavioral Psychology in 2010 and became board certified in Behavior Analysis that same year. I have worked with families for 20 years and children with autism for 15 years, and it was then when I realized the devastating effects that sleep deprivation can have on children and their families. My passion for sleep began long before having children, but it wasn't until my daughter was born in 2016 and my son was born in 2019 that I gained some humbling perspective. If sleep deprivation is affecting your mental and physical health, your relationships, your job and your overall well-being, I have been in your shoes and I am here to help you through it. Like many other sleep consultants, my children have given me hands-on experience in the world of pediatric sleep and all of its ups and downs.
