Tamara Strong, Lactation Consultant and Newborn Sleep Specialist

Tamara is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant and Registered Nurse. She is Perinatal Nurse Certified – PNC(C)® with the Canadian Nurses Association. Tamara has been a nurse since 2010, specializing in perinatal and newborn health. As an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), she provides care to parents and their babies experiencing breast/chest feeding challenges. She strongly believes that all families deserve support that is compassionate, evidence-based, and empowers you to build your confidence as a parent. As a Newborn Sleep Specialist, Tamara will work with you and your baby to build healthy sleep habits that last.
