Hi I’m Tara and I've been there. I know how it feels to be sleep-deprived. I've been up all night with a crying baby, and I've had to drag myself through the day feeling exhausted. I know how hard it is to be a parent, and I know how important sleep is for babies and toddlers. That's why I became a baby sleep consultant. I am an IPSP certified sleep and potty training consultant with over 10 years of experience helping families. I'm also a mom of two and a grandma to a beautiful little girl.
