Hi! I'm Valeria Girón certified Sleep Consultant and your solution to restless nights. Before I became a Sleep Consultant I worked as a Teacher in Pre Kinder and Kindergarten for 5 years, I got married and started working as an Early Stimulation Instructor at Gymboree Play & Music. Helping others is my passion, and my day to day job. I help tired parents understand how sleep works and restore those sleepless nights. Sleep is not tricky, but with all the information on the internet sometimes it can feel overwhelming.
